2. Overview

This website is purely informational. It does not set cookies, does not use any analytics or tracking services, does not embed third-party content (e.g. maps, videos or social media plugins) and does not contain a contact form. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our server.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit our pages, information transmitted by your browser is recorded automatically (server log files):

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of access
  • page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
  • website from which the access was made (referrer)
  • browser and operating system used

This data is technically necessary to display the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The log files are automatically deleted or anonymised by the host after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

4. Contacting us by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, company, contact details and the content of your enquiry) in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing, unless statutory retention obligations (in particular under commercial and tax law) apply.

5. Online shop and links to other websites

For orders, we link to our online shop at www.montageprodukte.eu/shop. Data is only transferred to the shop once you click this link. The shop’s privacy policy applies there. The same applies to other external links on this website.

6. Your rights

Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to

  • access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

To exercise your rights, an informal message to mail@gv.ag is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
